The Athletics Norfolk Road Race Fixture List is compiled each year by the Road Running Committee and brings together races organised by clubs affiliated to Athletics Norfolk. It provides a clear overview of events taking place across the county, helping runners plan their season and discover races hosted by local clubs. The Road Running Committee includes representatives from a range of Norfolk running and athletics clubs. Working together, the committee coordinates the annual programme of races, supports best practice, and helps ensure that events across the year complement one another rather than clash. Sportlink Grand Prix and 10k Series

We are very grateful to Sportlink for their continued support of running in Norfolk and their long‑standing partnership with Athletics Norfolk. The Sportlink Grand Prix Series follows the traditional format, with the best eight performances from ten races of varying distances counting towards the final standings. The series provide structured, competitive opportunities for runners across the county and help showcase the depth of talent within Norfolk’s running community. Norfolk County Road Race Championships

Each year, four road races are designated as County Championship events, held over the following standard distances: 5k, 10k, 10 miles, and half marathon. These races give athletes the chance to compete for county titles within officially licensed events across Norfolk. County Championships are open to athletes who meet Norfolk eligibility criteria, which include either:

being born in Norfolk, or

having at least 9 months of continuous residence in the county prior to the race.
